Event Rules and Conduct:
To foster a positive environment, we ask all participants to respect the rules and guidelines posted at the event and follow instructions provided by Event staff. Event Officials may make on-the-spot decisions regarding participation in specific sessions if necessary, and if a participant is deemed unfit for any reason, an explanation will be provided. Appeals may be directed respectfully to a senior representative during the event.
Behavior Expectations and Alcohol Policy:
To maintain a safe and respectful space, we ask all participants to demonstrate respect for others, staff, and property. Alcohol consumption must be responsible, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. We follow all applicable health protocols related to COVID-19 or other illnesses to protect our community. By registering, you agree to adhere to these protocols, which may include mask-wearing, providing proof of vaccination, or a negative test, depending on current regulations.
Liability and Assumption of Risk:
Dance is an active experience with inherent risks. By attending Winter White, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the Event Organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur. Participants are responsible for personal belongings, and the Event and venue cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items. We recommend securing valuables whenever possible.

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration with Event Organizer approval:
Leaders: You may transfer your pass to another leader.
Followers: You may transfer your pass to another follower or to a leader. Transfers must be arranged transparently, with a 250 NOK transfer fee payable by either party. We reserve the right to deny transfers in cases of suspected abuse.
